I hope everyone has had a good winter and are now getting ready for spring. I don’t know about you but I am really ready for sunny warm days.

I wanted to touch base with everyone and let you know that I am still offering drop off and pick up at the quilt shops, and quilts can be shipped directly to me or we can set up an appointment to meet and I can discuss your quilt with you.

I am also in the process of adding more designs to my website and my catalogues, but if you still are not able to find what you are looking for I am more than willing to purchase the desired design at no extra charge to you. To view more designs that I can purchase please visit www.quiltscomplete.com Just record the name of the design as well as the item number and I will be glad to purchase the preferred design. While still offering custom quilting the majority of my quilting is edge to edge which has enabled me to offer a wide variety panto designs.

This year I am offering a Customer Loyalty Card. You will receive a card to include with your quilt when sending to me and after having it dated by me 5 times you will receive a $35 discount on your 6th quilt. There will be no expiration date and when one card is full a new card will be issued to the quilter. This offer will take the place of my 10% customer appreciation discount that I offered in the past. I think this will enable me to continue to let my customers know how much I appreciate their business and also make it easier for me to not have a sudden back log of quilts to be done which throws off my schedule for returning quilts in as short a time as possible.

I will also offer a referral discount to anyone who is already a customer and refers my quilting services to someone who is a new customer. The referring customer will receive one $5.00 discount for each new customer from whom I receive an order. I have a place on the new work orders for the new customer to state the name and phone number of the person who referred them to me. Only one $5.00 discount can be used per quilt.

I feel fortunate to have received so many customers because someone has told someone else about my work that I would like to say thank you and I am hoping that the referral discount and the customer loyalty card will be a way to do that.

In an effort to make dropping off a quilt to be quilted as easy as possible I am no longer requiring prepayment. Work orders will still need to be filled out and signed, but I can calculate the cost of quilting and contact you with that amount. When the quilting is completed I will contact you and payment can be mailed to me. I hope this will make the process more convenient for everyone.

I also wanted to thank everyone who was patient with me last year through my surgery and my mother’s surgery. It is great to have understanding customers. I have high hopes for a less hectic and healthier year this year.
